Payment Policy

Herbalsnatura.com accepts the following payment methods:

1) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped. Your current billing address must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.

2) PayPal

We accept PayPal payment. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. The account is free and it will let you setup an account with a credit card and/or checking.

3) Bank Wire Transfer- Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.

4) COD (cash on delivery) - )/unavailable to the USA and to the UK, available to Czech Republic, France, Greece, Croatia, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Swiss, Turkey, Slovakia, Italy (only in 100EUR worth to Italy)/, you will need to pay for the package to the postman by cash. In this case please send us an e-mail so we can send it to you via this method. Please note that COD deliveries have 6EUR extra conversation and postal handling fee, so in that case you will need to pay the total amount plus 6EUR to the delivery guy. You also can choose this from the Payment Options menu in the e-shop.
